Art plays a central role at the St James. Our in-house gallery - The Left Gallery - is a bright space that showcases exhibits from artists local to the Nottingham area, focusing especially on young breakthrough talent. We showcase art which deserves a stage and recognition.

Our current installation

The artwork currently on display in The Left Gallery is called ‘This is Nottingham’ and has been produced by students from Nottingham College with all the pieces being inspired by the city.

The St James is an independently owned hotel ideally located in Nottingham city centre. The hotel boasts 87 bedrooms, No/6 Bar & Restaurant and event space for up to 150 people and meeting facilities up to 19 people. Part of the BW Premier collection.
